We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Beach at Dan & Becky’s place! Check in was easy and they were quick to respond. We walked to the beach and a brunch place in 10 minutes. Would recommend if visiting San Diego!

We really enjoyed our stay and felt like the property met all of our needs and more. The place was big for just my wife and I but we liked having plenty of space. The location was nice being within walking distance of a lot of places in OB. Dan was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions and offered help and recommendations several times. We liked that the place came with extras like beach gear and it was extremely helpful to have a dedicated parking space. Would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect place to stay! In a nice quiet neighborhood where you feel like a local. It is so close to the beach and walkable to everything you could want or need. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was a cozy little home away from home. The three of us didn't want to leave! Would definitely stay here again or look for other listings from Dan and Becky!

We had an amazing time at Dan and Becky's Ocean Beach apartment during this holiday season. We went with our elementary school aged child and toddler and both had a blast. The apartment was very toddler friendly with no sharp edges. It was very spacious for our family and squeaky clean. It was walking distance from the beach ⛱️ and also a convenient driving distance from Balboa Park and Legoland. Dan and Becky went above and beyond as hosts. My toddler is a picky eater and I requested Dan and Becky to source an instant pot to pressure cook his meals. They hand delivered it to me within the hour! This was a life saver. I would love to return soon.

I had a great stay. The place is bright and clean and I love that it has parking. It is just as described and so close to everything. Dan and Becky always responded if I had questions. I would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Dan and Becky‘s place. We wanted to stay someplace fun while visiting my son at SDSU and Ocean Beach was perfect. It was only a 15 minute drive to his dorms at SDSU from the beach. Dan and Becky’s place is a tremendous value when compared to local hotels in the area. This was by far one of my favorite Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. It was spacious and recently remodeled and super clean. The best part was that we each had our own bedrooms which was quite nice for dad not to sleep on a sofa for once. We were just a block and a half away from the beach with shops and restaurants just as close. Ocean Beach is funky and cool and the Airbnb was great! We will be back! PS - Val’s coffee stand is a must stop. My 16 year old says best açaí bowls ever (I agree) and the coffee and Brazilian treats were amazing. This was a great place to start our days in OB.

We recently stayed at Dan and Becky’s for a long weekend. The apartment was beautiful, clean, nicely appointed and in a great location. An added bonus was the on-site parking space! If you have ever stayed in OB, you know parking can be a little tricky at times. Also, Dan and Becky were very responsive and helpful. Dan and Becky's responsiveness was unparalleled. We had a singular question during our stay & answers within a minute. Questions asked prior to arrival were prompt & helpful. Apartment lovely, clean, fun, easy to use & live in. Being on the second floor helped to feel safe, amazing ocean breezes, AND great views of nightly fireworks to the south! Everything felt casual high-end from the furnishings to the appliances (& the rainshower head...luxury!) Washer/dryer easy to use AND soap for both w/d and dishwasher included! Had every kitchen utensil we needed, plus a few spices. Plentiful beach equipment available which we used every day. Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails/shovels, and a wagon to transport it all. Being only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach was just perfect (restaurants and grocery also 3 short blocks away) - even felt good leaving the older kids to go watch the sunset every night. Keeping on my 'favorites' list for sure!!

Wonderful stay! Positive: The location was great and the place was a great escape after a long work day. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Negative: Two VERY minor things: The lock code didn’t work on the garage door so we couldn’t use the beach chairs, and there was no sugar for the coffee. Other than that, this place is amazing!

Very pleasant 5 day stopover in San Dieg Positive: Excellently presented and equipped apartment. Hosts communicated through app which gave us all the info we needed. Given that the high standard of equipment (crockery, cutlery, kitchen ware, etc) our only minor criticism was that there were only 4 coffee/tea mugs as against 6 of everything else. Negative: Only the lack of additional coffee mugs!

Flight path ruins a perfect stay Positive: Location is superb. Close to Seaworld, very close to the beach, lots of dining options. Beautifully presented apartment with washer and dryer. Perfect little stop over to wash all our travelling clothes. Negative: The property is right under the flight path. Despite the 11:30pm curfew planes still land all night long. I would have rated this property 10/10 if not for the noise from the planes.

We throughly enjoyed our stay the apartment was well located for all amenities, however downside was Positive: The host emailed and text me the code for door the day before our arrival. He also rang me and was very helpful Negative: The apartment was very well located for restaurants bars and the beach, however the downside was it was situated on the main road which was very noisy at night and was also in the flight path so at 6.30am you had the noise of planes arriving and taking off.

Very clean and well equipped - came with everything we could want. Check in was super easy. The parking space is a little tight if you have a bigger car. It was perfectly fine with our Volvo XC40 but a full size SUV like a Tahoe probably wouldn't fit. There is plenty of street parking though.

We had a wonderful stay in this stylish, modern, and remodeled Airbnb. I have no hesitation recommending this unit! The kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances, making cooking easy. The mini-split A/C, comfy beds, and nice furnishings made the space feel comfortable and homey. All the linens were crisp, clean, and white. A designated parking spot was another great perk, and the location is fantastic! You can quickly walk to so many restaurants, stores, and coffee shops, and of course, straight to the beach! Dan and Becky have you set up for the beach, too, with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which was incredibly helpful. Our family will certainly rent this space again!
