7BD Family, Event Friendly 5min 2 Beach, Boardwalk

We had 3 families plus a grandparent; 13 people. Each family had their own unit, which was so convenient. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach was 2 blocks away. They provided a wagon, beach chairs, towels and beach toys. We had everything we needed for beach days from ages 7-grandparent! Units were very updated, clean and not cluttered. Hosts replied very quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location! We walked to majority of the places we wanted to go to. The property was clean. Dan and Becky were very helpful and attentive.

I have stayed in several Airbnb's in Ocean Beach and Mission Beach, and this place was far and above the best I have seen. No matter how nice the pictures look, most beach houses are pretty run down, sandy, and sticky. This place seemed almost brand new. It was sparkly clean and totally fit our needs. And Dan was super responsive when we had a minor issue. Called me right after I posted the question and we got it resolved. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Loved the set up of these triplexes! Easy to check in and out and a great walkable area! Hosts provided numerous beach items including beach chairs, lawn chairs, boogie boards, charcoal grill, and a wagon to pull it all! Gas grill and AC was wonderful for the sunny weather and natural lighting in all the apartments. Beds were comfortable and clean, so many towels were provided so we felt right at home! Highly recommend this listing!

I am so happy we found Dan and Becky’s place. It was the perfect place for my bachelorette party of 13 girls! I was a little nervous having 3 separate units would feel weird or too separated but it was so nice having the extra space and bathrooms. The downstairs unit was perfect for everyone to hangout and play games in. The location couldn’t be more perfect. It was walking distance to the beach and some really fun rooftop bars. And quick Ubers to downtown and PB. Dan and Becky went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay. 10/10 recommend!

We rented the entire building to host a big group of girls for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect location, letting us walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Dan and Becky were super responsive and quickly answered any questions I had before and during the trip. They were always helpful and friendly in helping us with local information or helping us when we needed it. This place made for the perfect place for our trip and all of the girls had a blast. I cannot recommend it more!

We had an issue with the washer/dryer at 6:30pm and Dan was there in 20 minutes to fix the issue! The area feels extremely safe as well. Overall my guests loved their experience and I'm glad that I chose this location for my friend's 30th birthday trip.

This place was amazing! We had a large group, mostly couples, that were on town for a conference. We used all 7 rooms and had an amazing time! The kitchens had everything we needed, the showers were great, water temp and pressure were awesome! You can't beat the weather and surroundings in OBSD!

We had an amazing stay in Ocean Beach! The unit was extremely close to the beach and many local restaurants. We had plenty of space for 17 of us and it served as a staging post for many excursions throughout SD.

We had a lovely time in OB. 3 apartments worked well for our group. One thing to note is there is no AC in the bedrooms so they can get a little stuffy.

This house was one of my top Airbnb stays! I loved everything about it! We were literally a block from the beach and they have everything from beach towels to beach chairs! The host is also very helpful with anything you need! The I will definitely be recommending this stay to anyone I know that is going to San Diego! Thank you guys!

This stay was fantastic for our large group of 11 - we had a mix of couples and singles, and this allowed each of us to have our own beds with some separation for downtime if we needed it! Each apartment was large enough to seat all 11 people on the times we all wanted to gather. The apartments are incredibly clean and have high end finishes throughout. Ocean Beach is a great neighborhood and the main strip is just a 5 minute walk away. Tons of bars and restaurants and antique shops to browse! The beach is equally close and the sunsets and surfers near the pier are spectacular to watch. Dan stocks the Airbnb with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and boogie boards can be found in the garage. If you love the beach, this is a great spot to stay - if you’re coming to SD for the city, you’re just a quick 15 minute drive to most of the popular neighborhoods. And the cherry on top - the beds are SO COMFY!! Dan was the best host. We appreciated his hospitality from start to finish!
