Great Airbnb in a fantastic location just a couple minutes walk to the beautiful Windansea beach in La Jolla. The studio was cozy, clean, and included a full kitchen. Denise was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking in SD area!

This was out first time in La Jolla and the bnb was close to all restaurants, shopping and basic needs. The beach was about a 1-2min walk and she provided a wagon and beach chairs which were great. Small space perfect for our group and we loved the patio. Friendly neighbors, too!

Great little bungalow close to the beach. It was the perfect getaway for my girlfriend and our little furry friend. Place was very clean and exactly as advertised, street parking was fairly easy to find so no issues if you have a car. Will definitely rebook in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, loved the proximity to the beach. The kitchen, outdoor space and bathroom were fantastic. My husband’s only complaint was the driveway for unit next door is directly behind the wall that the bed sits on. Luckily the neighbor was quiet. But the space was just enough for the two of us. Bonus: the host were great about working with us on our early arrival.

Such a great location in La Jolla that is walkable to the water! It may be worth nothing that guests may benefit from brining a sound machine and ear plugs as it is located on a busy street and also shares a wall with another unit.

Denises place was great for a peaceful weekend! I treated myself to a San Diego trip for my birthday and this Airbnb was just perfect for that. I loved being so close to the beach and doing morning beach walks with my dog. There are a few restaurants and cute grocery store within walking distance as well. The space was very clean, and I enjoyed the outdoor patio.

We had a great stay at Denise’s bungalow studio. The couch bed was unexpectedly comfortable. There is street parking which was always available within a block but no reserved spot. Pets are not allowed on the beds, but the couch does have a slipcover that lays flat for the dog.

We had a lovely time in La Jolla - so close to the beach and pretty close to shops and restaurants. We are from NYC and don’t drive but found it very easy to navigate between walking and the bus just steps away from the apartment. Cute and cozy!

Really nicely remodeled studio, great for a couple (would be really tight for more than two). Kitchen equipped with basics for eating in, as well as coffee for the morning! The neighborhood is quiet, with exception of traffic noise from main street. The walk to Windnsea Beach is just block away-with amazing views of the waves breaking over the rocks (not a swimming beach, but lovely none the less). Grocery store close by, walking distance to a handful of cafes. Cannot beat the beauty of La Jolla!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for our family of 3. Kitchen was well stocked to cook. A short downhill walk to the coast was amazing. Beach was beautiful and so happy there were two beach chairs at the property for use. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved the location walking to the beach and restaurants! The space is small but perfect for what we needed and really efficient. It was just my husband and I and our dog. We walked everywhere! The bungalow is clean and the kitchenette is stocked. The place has everything you need. Our only complaint is that there is some loud random traffic that passes by late in the evening.

This Airbnb is the ideal spot to enjoy the California life for a few days. Minutes away (on foot) from the awesome Windandsea beach but in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Small but has everything you need! Awesome price for what you get compared to other accomodation in la jolla!

This little place in La Jolla is adorable! The pros: The area has plenty to do, tons and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, stunning beaches, all within minutes walking or driving. The space itself was perfect for my husband and I’s babymoon, we did not feel too cramped and everything was comfortable and clean. Parking in the street was never an issue. A perfect home base for our stay! The con: As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is right on a busy street and there is considerable traffic noise. I underestimated just how loud it would be based on the reviews, but it is right next to a bus stop so there were times it was extremely noticeable. Nothing white noise in headphones can’t handle, but if you are traveling with a light sleeper it might be a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!! Thank you Denise!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four (2 year old and 4 year old shared the pullout couch). We loved the easy walk down the hill to the beach for perfect sunset views. Very close to other La Jolla gems and attractions. Street parking was easy and always available right outside the house.

We had a great stay here! We stayed here for a few nights while visiting UCSD. The unit is PRISTINE, cute, and comfy. Love the kitchen and the patio. The unit is a very short drive to La Jolla and UCSD. And a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous beach! I suggest adding a few kitchen essentials (like oil), though there was salt and pepper and a fridge brita filter. I would also suggest adding a guest book to the unit:) it deserves one! We would certainly stay here again. The host was very kind and responsive, we had a lovely chat with him when he dropped off an extra bed linen we requested. Street parking was always available right in front of the unit. Very safe and walkable neighborhood with a lot of shops and stores nearby. Thanks for the stay!

Cute airbnb, ocean view out the door, 3 blocks to my favorite beach! Large bathroom, lots of counter space, good kitchen, main room as in photos. Many lights and dimmers), big lighted closet (could keep suitcase out of the way) Lovely small patio with table and chairs. The only drawback for me-it's on a corner of a busy street and the windows that let light in open onto a carport that belongs to another unit, and right onto the street, so it can feel not so private with shades drawn. The 1st morning workers on the adjacent unit woke me up and were parked in both spots but the host, who is friendly and very responsive asked them to start work later and to park elsewhere. Much better after that. Many amenities. Just a few things I wish were there: containers for putting food away, foil or saran wrap, a few baggies. Mop and rags in case of spill. A light blanket - comforter attached to top sheet. too hot. I had a great time, and would go back.

Great cozy place with nice outdoor seating. I think I was most impressed with the brand new and gorgeous bathroom, which I didn't want to leave. The areas is full of nice big houses, a few steps to the beach. About 20-30 min walk to bunch of restaurants as well. Great stay!

We had the chance to check in early, it was absolutely spotless and so beautiful inside - especially the bathroom with its wonderful shower - and we made good use of the beach chairs provided to have the nicest picnic dinners at the beach just two blocks away! Denise’s place was perfect for our trip to La Jolla. We had very busy days and it was lovely to come back to the space and unwind in a peaceful setting just blocks from the ocean. Our beloved pup loved the patio area and we all enjoyed breakfast outside while the sun came up. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors treat you like you are long term tenants. Walkable location with beautiful beach close by and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the updated shower and the small things like outdoor hose and beach equipment. Also grateful they were able to accommodate our dogs. Parking can be difficult in evening but similar to most California locales.
