The house is very cool, and the backyard is ENORMOUS. This coupled with the built-in doggy-door makes the place great if you have a dog traveling with you. Dan was very responsive and accepting of feedback. Highly recommend if you're needing to stay in the area!

Perfect stay. I use it as a pivot from my move from Salt Lake City while I house hunt around. I didn't have pets but I can see how families with pets would enjoy it even more. Internet is nice and reliable. I didn't use the TVs but they looked really good and we're in all room and living room. Washer and dryer was good to have. Good A/C and fans in all rooms. Nice and spacious lawn. Dan and Becky were responsive and always nice.

Dan and Becky were brilliant hosts. We travelled with a toddler and they did all they could to make the house baby proof (even buying stairgates at short notice) The house felt like home, with every appliance possible and all the cleaning/washing equipment you’d usually have stocked at home. The house is a great size, is well located and delivered everything outlined in the description. Travelling as a group can be tricky but there’s lots of space to get some privacy and huge TVs in every room. With response times of less than 15 minutes and all the flexibility you could dream of, they deserve their superhost status. We’ll definitely be back here when next in Austin.

Our family of 4 really appreciated posting up in Dan & Becky's house before moving into our new home. The girls loved playing in the backyard, and we roasted smores one night at the fire. Dan & Becky were also proactive about helping with a couple minor issues that came up. Great hosts!

We had a a wonderful time at Dan and Becky’s home. My family gathered together to celebrate Thanksgiving and this was the perfect house ! The house was immaculate and was very comfortable for our family! It was beautiful and very new from their recent renovations! We really loved the backyard as the pups were able to run around and play! We had lots of fun exploring Austin ! We will definitely come back!

The home was as pictured. It is an older home in a good neighborhood. Location is close to a lot of great restaurants & stores. All rooms have queen beds that are very comfortable. Linens, towels, blankets are clean & smell good. Nice to have the garage to park in & a washer/dryer. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. Would stay again when in Austin!

My husband and I were visiting Austin to see our son, daughter in law and granddaughter for Xmas. Becky and Dan's place was only a six block walk from their home so easy for us to go back and forth. The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the couch and chairs in living room very comfortable and there is a large dining table area. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Our bed was comfortable and the rooms dark at night. The neighborhood is very quiet which we appreciated. We would stay here again. Robin Malby

We had a great weekend here visiting family in Austin. The house suited us, our two adult children + their significant others nicely. It was exactly as pictured, all amenities included as described. We rent Airbnb because we like to grocery shop and cook when we get together :: the kitchen was well-equipped with quality cookware and utensils and the grill had propane ready and waiting -- that is not always the case. The fireplace in the family room and dining room was nice on a chilly January weekend. We enjoyed meals and games at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed an afternoon walk in the neighborhood as well. Bonus :: plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops and food options nearby (by car) and the airport was less than 20 minutes away. Communication with our hosts was clear and timely. I think it's likely we will return to this property in the future!

This home was very nice and matched online description. Was very clean and neat. We enjoyed the little extras like coffee pods provided and streaming services on tv. Location in a neighborhood with sidewalks was perfect for us along with easy driving access to south and central Austin. Very responsive hosts-would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Enough spaces to sleep, work, and relax. Working traditional indoor fireplace, and working gas fire pit outside. Quiet neighborhood, yet only 2-5 minutes drive to grocery, coffee, pharmacy, and other stores. Thoughtful amenities stocked in the kitchen, washer/dryer. Quality toiletries and household products. They were also *extremely* responsive and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

This property was perfect for 3 couples and 2 small pups. House was clean, well furnished, and quite roomy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and amenities were as described. We enjoyed our stay! We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. We did several day trips and found it convenient and easy to get to I-35 using lots of backroads to avoid heavy traffic. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The interior is tastefully decorated and everything was clean and looked just like the listing photos. The backyard is spacious with two seating areas. The weather was nice during our visit, so we were able to spend some time outside. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Dan & Becky's place was a great find for us and the perfect location for our needs for this trip. We were thrilled to discover they had a dog door and did not charge an extra fee - that is pretty rare! There was plenty of space for all of us and throughout the home. The beds were comfy with nice linens and they had blackout shades in the bedrooms. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers as well as the wooden hangers in the very roomy closets. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Austin!

Dan and Becky’s place was great! Large house with space enough for everyone, completely devoid of clutter (empty closets even for storage and empty fridge etc.), super convenient entry and exit instructions. The neighborhood was super peaceful but still convenient to the airport and local taco places. Wish we got to spend more time in the backyard, because it looked great!

Absolutely loved my time at this home. In a busy place like Austin, it was perfect! Very quiet and safe. The backyard was beautiful, and I loved being able to travel with my dog! I needed a quiet place to study for a big licensing exam I was taking and this was it! I loved being able to park inside the garage and enter the home that way — that specifically felt very safe. I enjoyed the bedrooms — the mattresses and pillows were firmer than I’m used to but still very comfortable. Everything was so clean. I actually have never been as pleased by a location as I was with this one! It perfectly matched the descriptions and the pictures. I was easily able to order groceries and food to be delivered. Traffic was minimal, and it was easy to navigate to! I will be back.

Perfect location for a group looking to do things all around austin. 30 minutes from san marcos, and 30 minutes from north austin. Lots of prime places to shop and eat near by. (House had the best toilet paper i’ve ever had in any Air BNB i’ve stayed at)

Clean, modern, spacious rooms, and very efficient. Really, it was just right for us as we were coming from New England to visit family in Austin; this home was close to all kinds of great places to eat, plus a pretty walking path to a free pool, and quick routes to hill country and downtown. The house is a good size, the floors however were not cleaned well. The dishes were put away wet and for some reason there was a big pan left in the cabinet full of water. No way to tell how long it had been there but it smelled like mold throughout the entire kitchen. The house is not really decorated but it has your basic needs.

Loved having a lot of the basic necessities all ready for us to start our stay! (Coffee is a basic food group). The neighborhoods in the area were perfect for walking. HEB stores were only a quick drive away. (Same for getting in to downtown Austin.) Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in a Spacious Home, Wonderful Host!Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you to Dan and his wife who are incredibly kind, understanding, and always responsive. We noticed an issue with one of the lights (which honestly didn’t bother us), the host arranged for it to be fixed right away, explaining that it was a security concern and they wanted us to feel safe. That attention to detail meant a lot. We also needed to extend our stay last minute and the host took care of it promptly, making the process stress-free. The house itself is spacious, clean, and packed with amenities. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, which made meals at home easy. Our little one loved the garden, playing outside or just watching the squirrels in the trees was a highlight! Having a TV in every room came in handy, everyone could pick their favorite shows without any arguments.The location was perfect: easy access to everything Austin has to offer, and if you like to walk, it’s a safe area with friendly neighbours. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable, homely, and enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in Austin while in town for my son’s wedding. The home was perfect for our group—my mom, my daughter, and three dogs—and truly lived up to being dog friendly (they were not exaggerating at all!). The house was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the long, super-comfy couch was a favorite spot for unwinding.
