Clean, simple, comfortable.
Walkable area, pleasant people.

Great apartment!
Had everything needed for a great OB vacation.

My stay-cation met my needs and it was good to be back in OB.
Positive: Spacious 1 bedroom. I enjoyed cooking my own meals and then watching a movie on the comfy couch. The bed was very comfortable too.
Nice walk to beach.
Negative: The ally it was on was messy and I heard someone going thru the garbage in the middle of the night.
Views from the apartment were kind of blah.
Getting up and down the stairs with my bags was not easy and a little unsafe (I have bad knees).
